This is a medium which is used to create highlights. Your brush is washed with 50% washing liquid, immersed in the masking fluid then applied to your paper. Once the application is dry, you then commence to paint around this area of the composition. When this is completed, the masking fluid is removed by rubbing off with a piece of tissue.
